She has lots of interests, she loves coaching soccer, she has really come into her own as a soccer coach, she is teaching the kids great sportsmanship as well.  The girls team won the AYSO sportsmanship award last year, and the boys won it the year before.  This award is coveted by the coaches and players. Since they really don't keep track of standings or statistics, its a real honor to wear the Sportsmanship Patch on your uniform.
Lauren is again the President of the baseball league, and doing a fine job, she has assembled a very dedicated board of directors and for the first year in 5 yrs we have made money! She is spearheading many improvements that the league so desparately needed. She recently became a celebrity as well, when our snack bar got broken into she did a few interviews and got on t.v. to help our cause.

Lauren is a HUGE  Mickey Mouse fan, she just loves the little squeaker. She collects Disney stuff, including  Eeyore, Mickey, Minnie, and various others, but her heart belongs to the Mouse.  Some of her favorite things include Hot Air Balloons. We have spent many a morning in the fall watching the balloons lift off, Dawn Patrol is quite an experience.
